Here is a brief introduction to the key features of our 8-hour delivery :
8-Hr System Cut-off time
Daily delivery times (except on Chinese New Year's Day): 8:30 AM, 12:15 PM, 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.
Fulfillment Time
Innohub-Solutions aims for speed and precision, completing the entire process within 30 minutes of order confirmation for 8-hour deliveries.
Deliver to the HKTVmall Consolidation Warehouse
Completed same-day (8-hour) orders are directly palletized at the designated HKTVmall hub (Tsing Yi 8, Tsing Yi 9, TM, TKO, and Sheung Shui), followed by immediate dispatch by the logistics department.
Full System Diagnostics | Photo & Video Documentation Provided
Full-system video footage, along with photos and recordings, is retained for a period of one month and is available for client retrieval.
1.Order Generated
Fully automated, timed order generation each day, functioning without manual intervention.
2.Verify order
Conduct a final verification of the order status and quantity with the HKTVmall MMS system.
3.Order fulfillment
Warehouse staff pick goods at the system-designated locations using handheld or mobile devices.
4.Pack & Pack up
Packaging staff perform packing and labeling at designated stations equipped with computers.
5.Dispatch / Ship
During scheduled intervals, goods are routed by origin warehouse and pallet to the five HKTVmall hubs.
